Around 2007/2008 - Neopets "Screenies" phase

First post yay~! In case you didn't get it, this blog will be dedicated to my old art and the junk I never got to post, so I might as well start from the beginning~

I'm mostly keeping these as a personal archive so I won't bother translating them :') Screenies were the rage back then and every single Neopets user had a petpage with Screenies and poorly made MS Paint drawings with jokes that weren't as funny as one would expect. 

Username Dinossauro_9/Chicitapipita(Guess who~) with the fake age of 14 was one of those people. 

These were not edited and were simply kept on the back of my Photobucket account because I did not have the courage to delete them. :') 

Once again, they're kept for my personal archive so inside jokes and other random junk might appear. Also it's in Portuguese. 

Random fact! 99% of the Portuguese community on Neopets was from Brasil and since I wanted to fit in so badly, I started to adopt the Brazilian slang and the stuff I wrote is a weird mix of everything.

 In English, minus the spelling mistakes - "t_rex_dino_8 is the oldest of the family that I created in the account dinossauro_9 but I have an error in that account and I thought they wouldn't accept me, me being 14 years old(*COUGHCOUGHCOUGH*) I thought it was a website for children."

I said I wouldn't translate anything, but this one was a bit too good. I can't judge children on the internet when I too used to be like this. (I was 9 or 10 years old when I made this stuff)

Should these guys count as my first characters ever? I know the Christmas Grarrl VerdinhaGrrrrr still has place deep in my heart, I love her <3

I also seemed to have this weird obsession with shipping my Pteri with AAA and I made a bunch of fanart outside the Internet lmao. I also never bothered to crop the screens properly. I just posted the whole thing, sometimes censoring my own username for some reason??? Seeing the MSN icon brings back old memories.

 This one specifically haunts my mind every now and then. IT'S PEE

The habbo character is supposed to be me :') And eventually I started to draw more on the screens rather than just copy pasting stuff

Boochy missed my Grarrl who I actually wanted to paint Baby :c The joke in this is that he wants to be a baby, and that random face is like "You already look like one..." LIKE WHY WERE THESE THINGS SO RUDE

 I don't know how I thought that font looked minimally good but welp. I liked getting screenshots of glitches too

 tfw the only vote you got on your picture belongs to yourself  and you're mad because people don't like your EXTREMELY GOOD art. Yikes.

I managed to paint my Grarrls as baby and electric (I was so excited 8'D ) and my Pteri as Striped. Regardless, these last ones had a lil more effort to them but sadly, I was bored with screenies and moved on to attempt to develop these characters :') I don't have the descriptions but I have the drawings so that will have to do! Will be posted separately~

Bonus!

At some point, I attempted "pixel art" and tried to do these lil floating head thingies. They were apparently called Kaoanis and I had no idea of how transparency worked so they all had awkward neon colours on the background :') welp.
